You can easily just crop each image out, though. Even better would be linking to where you found it. It was just better to organize them together on various sheets. So if you could at least please name the creator of that sprite base it would be appreciated. Oh and also, you shouldn't repost resources without crediting the creator. If you are willing to take some time to look through our resource section and see if there are items that work for you, and then let us know in the original post the items you still need so we can help you find them, this topic can stay open.īut if you really need a full set of custom resources, I will close this thread, so that you can post in a more appropriate section. So you are free to post in Project Recruitment if existing resources are not suitable for your needs. So we are going with just the Character gen sprites. everything is a bit shorter, as it is scaled for the short sprites, and this becomes especially obvious when moving through doors, passable archways, etc. In that case, they would likely look in the Project Recruitment section to find a game that looks attractive to them and something they would want to work on. Also, my son reports there were issues with the taller sprites and the world you interact with, also. Now, sometimes, there may be an artist who is looking to join a project, as they don't currently have one of their own, and would be willing to work for free as a partner in the project. That is because people who fill the requests here are busy with their own work and it would be rude, I'm sure you agree, to ask someone to spend hundreds of hours creating a game's worth of graphical content for you.

Please know, that second option will be very pricey.Īs for the Resource Requests section here, it is meant to for small requests - 1-2 individual tiles, a single character sprite, etc. You can pay for graphics packs which contain the tiles you seek or you can pay an artist to create the tiles for you. So, you have a couple of other options if the free resources available here and elsewhere are not to your liking. Now, you say that you don't want a mishmash of google tilesets and defaults. Kes's point was that if you are searching for RPG Maker MV sprites, specifically, you are not going to find the tiles you are hoping to find. Tiles are the other things - the walls, floors, trees, decorations, furniture, etc. The people who use it consider sprites to be characters - anything really, that would go in the Character folder of the graphics folder. However, it's not the normal terminology used for it by the people who use and create the resources for RM. Yes, from a code viewpoint things such as walls, furniture, etc are sprites. Hi and welcome! Kes was just trying to help you out with common terminology surrounding RPG Maker.
